Required utility and policy pages do not count toward the four-page limit. You provide or approve their content; legal advice and custom policy drafting are not included. The seven-calendar-day build target begins after the agreement, first payment, completed intake, approved content and assets, named decision-maker, preferred customer action, and required access are ready.
These options fit a new site or a straightforward replacement within this scope. Larger or technically complex legacy sites receive a separate quote before work begins. Availability is confirmed before you sign.

Before we begin
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Is the website different if I subscribe?
Both choices cover the same focused build: up to four public pages, approved business content, one primary customer action, and one consolidated revision round. The difference is ownership and ongoing care, not the attention given to your design. Extra work is quoted before it begins.
What does $49/month cover?
The website build, hosting, routine technical care, and one small batch of text or photo changes each month, up to 15 minutes. There is no setup fee. The initial commitment is 12 months, or $588, followed by month-to-month service. Domain registration, business email and other third-party services are separate. New pages, full branding, vehicle graphics, advertising and ongoing SEO are quoted separately.
What if I cancel the subscription?
After the first 12 months, you can cancel before the next monthly renewal. When the paid service ends, the hosted site goes offline. Your domain and supplied content remain yours. We confirm payment dates and early-exit terms in writing before work starts.
How do the four payments work?
Four monthly payments of $124.75 total $499, with no added fee. The first is due at signing. We can launch once the site is ready and approved; you do not have to wait until payment four. Ownership of the agreed site deliverables transfers after the final payment. Hosting and other third-party costs are separate.
Do I need a monthly plan if I buy the site?
No monthly plan is required for an owned site. You can choose your hosting provider and whoever looks after it. Hosting, domain registration and ongoing help still have their own costs. If you want our help after launch, we agree on the scope and price separately.
How long does it take?
The target is seven calendar days once the agreement, first payment, completed intake, approved facts and assets, named decision-maker, and required access are ready. Added scope, approval delays, and third-party outages pause the clock.
What happens to my existing domain and email?
We review your domain, email, useful pages, and contact paths before making changes. Your domain and primary vendor accounts stay in your control whichever website option you choose. Complex migrations receive a separate scope.
What if something is wrong after launch?
Both choices include a 14-day correction period for reproducible defects that make the delivered site differ materially from the approved build. New requests and client or third-party changes are separate. Subscribers also receive the ongoing care described in their plan.
